A friend of mine used to work as a hotel cleaner- she found 7 suicides during her time at one big London hotel. People who live on their own do this all the time, knowing their body will be found & authorities informed.

She says whenever checking in, be sure to ask at reception whether anyone has killed themselves in your room in the last 10yrs- under both US & UK FOI Acts they are LEGALLY OBLIGED to tell you. And check the Gideon’s Bible- people leave suicide notes in there all the time.

Reasonably good idea, but we kind of saw where this was going too early on. If you had let her get on with the cleaning before she got the idea, the viewer wouldn`t know whetether the idea was linked to a better way of cleaning, or something else. And if you then had increased the speed to fast forward, with only a few pauses (close ups of her face judging what she had done and looking pleased with herself) the viewers interest in would grow, and the ending would be a total surprise. Just a tip.
