BROWN and RAINBOW TROUT that fell to the float/indicator fishing of imitation minnows and Trout Magnets with small jigs. 100% WILD TROUT from January 2012 in the catch and release sections of the pristine GUNPOWDER river. Captured the action with the GO PRO Hero hd camera.

  • Depends on the depth because it acts as a float as well. I like the lure to be about 10 inches off the bottom. Use Zoom tiny flukes, bass assasin, storm, any minnow immitaion plastic in shad or smelt color. Not much of a fish eater....more of a catcher.

  • For this river a 3 weight would be a good choice IMO.
