This is absolutely right according to Quran that always remember Him in your heart. I have practiced the zikar.This gives you great peace of mind never felt in any thing of this word. you automatically comes under a mechanism that guide you any instant about what is wrong or right. Allah ho is real Islam. This has created inside me a soft and loving man.

zikar is done , the methods in traditions throught the books of the sufis is

that the main point is to increase the heartbeat so to join with the blood to circulation of the system of the body for the noor to travel , as water creates electricity through the methods

@RahimSara There are authentic narrations in Sahih Bukhari shareef about dance in love of Nabi(saw), and even war dance. Only that dance and music is forbidden which takes you away from Zikr of Allah or which has a vulgar touch else "Tala'al Badro Alaina" wouldn't have been sung on duff....

Zikr is obligation on everyone, but its the dedicated way of the Mashaikh of Baatin, whereas, Mashaikh of Zaahir mostly work on Zaahir! The best one is the Sheikh of both!

What are they doing rocking forwards and backwards, this is not correct. Zikar should not be done like this, yes its a good act zikar and its meant tio be done but not by rocking forward and backwards. This is not right. Jewish people do this (seriously) on the wailing wall.

zikr doesnt 'belong' to a wali!!! Zikr is an obligation in the Quran and its the way of our Beloved Prophet....everything is zikr...duas before eating, sleepin, wearing clothes etc.. hwever our prophet (s) or the sahabas NEVER DANCED around in circles of moved their heads while doin the zikr! zikr produces feelings, but we dont worship the feelings. we worship Allah AS SHOWN by our beloved Prophet (s). which means NO dancing or head movements to left n right until u start feelin all dizzy!

One more thing, Music or dance is absolutely not necessary for Zikar. but dont take negatively the music or dance in this great production. The main motivation of this video is to run the Ultimate zikar of Allah Ho all the time in your heart.
