here's my new fretless. took almost two years to get him finished, as i got no time to work on "helmut".
specs:
- Neck Through Constuction, one piece mahogani neck
- ash body wings
- wenge fretboard
- nordstrand big singles, passive electronics (one of the best pickups i've ever heard!!)
- schaller bridge
currently strung with ghs nylon flatwound strings. i guess you cannot sound any closer to a doublebass without having a piezo pickup.
