No offense, but if people are stupid enough to go to the FEMA camps to get a vaccination, then they deserve to be executed. No government would massively transport a population if an outbreak happened. Doing so would risk further exposure. Instead, they would just quarantine cities and/or states of where the outbreak happened.

People need to learn to think. Most likely an immigration crack down is going to be used as a front for collecting up America's dissent. The rest is pie.
