I was just curious, was you appetite gone on the 1st day or when did you notice that the medicine was suppressing it?

Thank you for the nice compliments! I'm glad to hear that the pill is supressing your appetite as well! How often are you planning on weighing yourself? I've tried to steer clear of daily weighings, but must admit I've done often than I should. Keep up the good work!!! You're doing AWESOME!

Great! I can see some loss in your face, so that's wonderful! My 1st few weeks I was so excited 2 finally B able 2 get out of bed w/out back pain that would make me hunch over, so I SO know what you're talking about.
You're definitely on the right track by using Phen. 2 help U learn how 2 eat better, so I'm sure you'll both C incredible results. I've lost 43lbs. in little over 4 mo., but I've heard of ppl. losing that much N less. Congrats on your progress. I can't wait 2 C your week 2 vid! :-D
