While there have been many attempts to offer Digital Inclusion (i.e. solve the "Digital Divide"), a lot of these attempts have been funded by the public sector, which often puts a strain on taxpayers.
Project Caua's plan is based on the private sector, extending several similar successful projects. We believe that the same plan could be extended again to alleviate wireless bandwidth congestion in large cities, creating a low-latency, gratis, wireless mesh bubble over large areas. Once this bubble exists, inexpensive WiFi or cellular/WiFi devices can access the Internet anywhere inside the bubble. This would allow for education and training in additional areas, to bring jobs to even more people.
