The US military and their contractors have a long history of psychopathic violence against the citizens of the countries that host US military bases. They also have a history of rape and other crimes against women. Additionally, there is always a great amount of corruption involved in the interaction of the US military and the local governments that host military bases.

It is well known that war is a racket and the US military is a prime racketeer gleaning $800 billion annually from the US.
