wow that's probably the worst adaptation idea ever. a crime against nature.

I can't think of anything more dependent on 1970s fads than Hong Kong Phooey... Funky black exploitation meets kung foo exploitation in a melting pot of shitty production value and corny, corny puns.

I mean, Hong Kong Phooey is what it is. I don't hate it or anything, but it's a product of its time and place and it really should stay that way.
