When kayla tells steve she was raped by Jack,Steve makes a comment that he thought he (Steve) was like his old man but turns out Jack is (cuz of the rape. There is a clip on youtube somewhere where Steve tells Kayla that Jack is Billy, do a search and you should be able to find it.
