Converting FLV to MP3 with VLC Media Player

Hey! This is the second time I have uploaded this kind of video, I have changed it for the newest version of VLC media player. I am really excited for the new version of VLC because it can save the profile for the conversion.
EDIT: THE BOOKMARK ONLY WORKS WITH YOUTUBE, BUT IT WORKS WITH FIREFOX and CHROME (may work with ie but idk)
