I stretched up to a 0g and then took them out because i missed my girly earrings. They closed a bit but I still fit a 4g and recently got some wooden spirals that i love so i may stretch up again...Only tip, as they get bigger, gotta wash them things EVERY DAY so they don't smell like cheese LOL peace :-)

I have to say i noticed alot of dreadheads with stretched ears lately too lol
I started stretching my ears last year before i started growing my dreads. I stretched up to a 0g too actually lol
but i let them shrink up for now :/
Definately take it slow. Also; I found that it helps to stretch in the shower and use jojoba oil to lubricate the ear/taper

I notice that a lot dreadheads these days are stretching their ears. I'm at a 0g but I wear earskins so they look bigger. Just remember to take it slow.

@xXxXSHUGXxXx It does seem like many dreadheads are gauging now..Thanx for the advice I definetly will take it slow and have patince..Jus like the dreads, its defintely a process..
