In all honesty there really isn't an op class at low levels anymore with all the boa gear and other crap you can get from JP's and whatever else. Its pretty much in the person playing the class. Pre-bc and bc hunter twinks and all twinks really were insane simply due to the imbalace of gear. Yeah it took a while to put it all together without leveling to fast but it was worth the grind. However, these days as long as you have a maxed out toon the boa gear is the way to go.
