The perfectionism is often the reason for energy leaks. ENFP are usually high-performers. So we brun a lot of energy ;) And - this won't go away. And why should it ;) The world is so slow and those gatekeepers just slow us down even more ;) Try and meditate - it is all about patience and equilibrium. That is not depression anyways ... That is just the time to recharge, give in to the moment and let them things be ...
