Great to see you raising awareness. Fathers of children in Japan have little if any rights.The children suffer because they do need love from both parents. It is so cruel and destructive to cut off contact and not allow basic rights. I have two children one 4 and 14 .I love them dearly and believe I am a loving father.Now their minds are poisoned and it is so sad.I don't know where they live now though I send presents and cards always.I hope some day for a normal relations but it is not easy.

Japan itself denied apologying 200,000 sexual slaveries raped brutally by japanese military soldiers not considering those women's human rights.
Well there were over 200,000 women from China,Korea,Taiwan,Philipines, Dutch,American,Australia,Nethe rland,Burma...etc..etc, who were forced as sex slaveries by Japnese military in ww2.

The problem may lay in the Japanese system and the refusal to sign some international agreements.
In some ways they are still stuck in medieval times.
Morality and conduct are highly selective in Japan... they have a hard time even understanding they ever do something hypocritical... it is disgusting at times...

Hysteria over abduction of a few dozen people, let alone this single girl, is ridiculous when the Japanese abducted 4.5 million Koreans and themselves and have yet to even admit to their atrocities. This wouldn't be ridiculous if NK abducted a few thousand Megumis and forced them into sexual slavery. But bitching about one girl when Japan still refuses to own upto its own atrocities is downright ridiculous and morally disgusting.
