Sabayon Linux Live CD Boot

I boot into Sabayon Linux on a live CD.
Sabayon Linux is a free operating system.

I will be showing you a video of Compiz Fusion soon.
It has very cool features and comes with all the open source programs that you will ever need.

MY EXPERIENCE:

I once had a dual boot with Windows Vista and Sabayon Linux. I used Sabayon Linux just for fun.
The sound didn't work though.

Sorry for all the noise, I have about 4 fans going.

RECENTLY:

Recently I have made a dual boot with Windows Vista and Sabayon Linux again.
And the sound works!

I can tell by the sound of the fans that you have a nice rig. You should think about water cooling it, you get more performance cause you can overclock it way higher than your cpu comes and you dont have to listen to 10 fans all day. You probably know this but just check out water cooling btw what motherboard you got?

I have an Intel Desktop Board Extreme Edition

I do have a good rig, but not all the fans are in the computer. Some fans are sitting around the computer to make the room and also the computer cooler. Thanks for the suggestion though!

Does the new 'mini-cd edition' contain graphics card drivers so that I can run Compiz Fusion without having to manually find and install the drivers myself?

Sabayon comes with Compiz Fusion.

Only supported graphics cards work with Compiz fusion.

If you have a supported graphics card, then Compiz Fusion will work "right out of the box" :-).

looks great!! will it work with my geforce 7800 gt 0c, great without any mods? unlike ubuntu i have many prob. and now I have literaly nothing, no ubuntu no windows:(

Linux mint is also nice and only 680 mb so you can put it on a cd :)

Can anybody plz explain how to run CD's or DVD's on ubuntu? couse i just pops up an icon that show the DVD-RW (something like that) so how do i run it?

Nice, nice. What socket type and cpu ya got? Oh ya great motherboard btw. We have one of them in our living room hooked up to a sony bravia 42" HDTV. Its water cooled and is running a intel core 2 dua extreme 2.2ghz overclocked to 2.9Ghz. 6gb ram and a Nvidia GPU 1gb i forgot the GPU just know its 1gb GDDR5, oh ya and i put that rig together my self and im only 13yrs old lol XD. I think ill try this OS on my laptop is it any good im sure i can install ndiswrapper to get my wifi working.
