Distance Running Training Camp in Ethiopia : Running Across Borders

This is footage from a workout done by the Running Across Borders Training Camp located in Addis Ababa Ethiopia. The workout was done at the Addis Ababa University, which was generous enough to allow this nonprofit organization to use their track free of charge. Running Across Borders is one of very few if not the only training camp in Ethiopia. The camp brings in athletes from underprivileged backgrounds to this camp and provides them with shelter, food, coaching, medical attention, and training in english. This camp also welcomes foreign athletes to live and train here.
