you cant
-
yeah..agreed
-
new cpu, u should be able to play it higher, if u can get a quad or a very fast duo (around 2.8ghz)
-
its not the g-card i only have a 3870 but i have a intel core 2 duo @ 2.7 GHz, i can run it in everything high at around 30-40 fps, so rather go for a faster cpu then g-card (mine only works at 70% either way, its the 512MB card)
and 4GB ram never hurts ^^ (seens moste new games use about 2-3GB these days)
does that work on your HP 8400M GS laptop???
Please reply cas i have a very similar laptop.
And i REALLY want this game.

Yeah, it'll work, but you're not going to be playing it at high settings, obviously.

what brand and model is the monitor?

It's a Dell 2405. (24" 2005 model) It's not that great. The response time is poor; I can see lines when the image changes. They have a newer models that has a better looking base and supposedly better response time, though.
Dell has horrible customer service too; then again, I guess that's pretty common in the US.
