  • Thanks for watching my videos batt01. Who's form are you referring to with your comment? I should post some more recent stuff soon enough. Perhaps you can judge again then. Also thanks for the link for further technical advice but I believe I personally know quite well how it's properly done and trust me, my clients are getting better each and every time we swing.   • I would agree with all the other comments about the KB swings... the swing is suppose to be involving pelvic pops not back..
