I would agree with all the other comments about the KB swings... the swing is suppose to be involving pelvic pops not back..

Thanks for watching my videos batt01. Who's form are you referring to with your comment? I should post some more recent stuff soon enough. Perhaps you can judge again then. Also thanks for the link for further technical advice but I believe I personally know quite well how it's properly done and trust me, my clients are getting better each and every time we swing. Thank you for the comment. It definitely is a great workout. Pushing oneself from time to time will always give one a true sense of accomplishment.
