  • @despitethespikes If you use a roth Ira or other vehicle that has tax free withdrawals you do not have to gamble as to what tax rates are going to be in the future...Hope this helps

  • I agree completly. In fact I think the probability is very high. If you Google GRA "Guaranteed Retirement Account" You will see that legislation is already proposed that would increase revenue to the federal government.

  • why would it be wise to use post tax contribution when you know tax will double in the future? shouldn't it be the other way around?

  • Good vid. Only thing I would add - if it comes to it, there's no stopping govt from taxing Roth IRAs in future.
