The Super Cops fight Shaft. I have all kinds of new/updated versions of programs for making videos, the only problem is that I haven't figured out how to use them yet. I edited this in Sony Vegas, which is a lot like the video editor I used to use, except that most of the time when you make a change, there are strange unintended consequences. For instance, adding a musical track might erase all the video. It's rather frustrating. The updated version of the program I use for Frankenstein videos will no longer accept imported sound files in any format I have tried. They say it takes wavs... well, it used to.

  • huh?

  • LMAO. What else can I say? I've never played this but now I think I want to. Great job on the video.

  • Super Cops VS Dirty Harry? And there actually are lizard and gorilla suits in the Movies, so we could do Super Cops VS Godzilla VS King Kong, though Godzilla would look like an igunana, sort of like the Roland Emmerich (or however you spell that) movie.

  • anxiously awaiting Super Cops vs Godzilla.

oversized lizard actors are probably scarce in "The Movies" though.

maybe, given the series title and their strange choice of targets so far, you could have them fight classic movie cops, instead of criminals.

  • Sounds like my job but without the 24 hours off it...

Funnily enough I've left Fallout 3 running on my work PC as I followed a guy into a room, and the only way out is to pickpocket him - he then wakes up and goes mental; kill him and steal the key - that starts a firefight that I don't want to happen; or pick the lock, which wakes him up and starts a firefight. I figure if I leave the game running then at some point the guy will leave the room and I can pick the lock without the hassle...

  • You can let it run without doing anything, like while you're at work or something, and it will eventually reach the 21st century where all the features are available. I had a week of working 24 hours on, 24 hours off basically sitting at a desk, which was when I messed around with it...

  • Right - that's where I was confused - it would be excellent if the game was 'unlocked' and you could just use it for videos, but I don't want to have to play the game to do that. I vaguely recall my son playing The Movies and he told me it took 'ages' to do anything.

  • Well... it's edited in Sony Vegas, so a lot was cut out and/or repositioned. But it is pretty versatile. I just wish it didn't force you to play a game in order to make the movies you want. For instance, I had to wait for an "actor" to show up at my "stage school" in order to import the Shaft character...
