@djpoppy1 So does that mean that from 18 to 23 one will not have to pay taxes? I would imagine since we are a nation founded in no taxation without representation. Also no drafting of men until they are 23 years old. Although I will never use the welfare system I can imagine there are plenty people on welfare that are far better citizens then the morons who run this country. People who make choices without caring about what is really important and instead care for their self or their party.
