  • What an awesome example of functional isometric exercise! I've just finished reading about it in my ISSA study material and needed a visual example. This video is not only awesome but inspiring! This young man looked great! And I look forward to conditioning in such a fashion for fitness sake! I wish him the best as an athete! :)
