Super Robot Taisen 64 - Vs Avi Ru & Musashi's Sacrifice

The first boss fight with one of the Original bosses, Avi Ru.

She's pretty easy to take down since her morale is pretty low and her attacks are pretty weak. After taking her out, she seemingly returns from the dead and is ready to finish us off. Thankfully, the getter team decide to set the getter robo to self-destruct but Musashi is unable to escape in time and ultimately decides to bring Avi Ru down with him. MUSASHI!!!!!

The team is shocked and saddened by Musashi's noble sacrifice.

funny thing, my uncle finishes almost EVERY super robot wars what gets released and this boss is one i never forget. If your team was not built up right, your gonna get clusterfucked. (And the Boss music was epic man)

Hi 180223, I have a question. I am on the male real robot route and I am stuck in a stage where you first fight Avi Ru. The stage is pretty hard and I have trouble surviving against the initial attacks before she appears. Most of my reals are gone and my supers are missing quite a bit making the stage pretty frustrating. Could I use the game over trick to beat her? The reals I do have are very low level and I would need to level them up in order to survive.

Hands down, I want to play this game. This has everything good about SRW A, combined with Dancouga.

If the OG dimension works like I think it does, and some of the alternate universe characters are from Super Robot Wars 64's future, someone should tell Musashi to just go home and not bother. He's going to get killed, no matter the dimension. Of course, he'll probably just get stepped on if he wasn't in the Getter.
