@flexoBag is a brand new concept of Flexo plate making system which make flexo plates from resin-in-a-bag ! No more inventory for different plates in thickness, width and length any more.
just keep few kgs stock of Liquid Resin can meet all of your requirements with the same result as a solid photopolymer plate good for all kind of flexo printing but only washout by water. no
more solvent. saving 50% in production cost and equipment investments only 30% of the conventional machine. Whole procession time is only 1/3 of a solvent washout plate - time saving also !

  • Sheeesh...what a pain in the ass. I'll stick to Kodak NX.

  • Funny, I thought the same thing about the music. It's out of place for making photopolymer in the western world. My concern is if the thickness of the plate is consistent across the whole thing. Also, is the water treatment with the UV light required or can you just expose it again after the first washout?

  • Would be nice to make my own photopolymer plates (as long as the material is environmentally safe). The water washout /drying station looks expensive, one more piece of equipment to purchase other than the exposure unit. Video was done well. Might want to consider removing the brass band music when selling to the US market, not really appropriate and it makes your product look like a cheap info commercial. Thanks for sharing on line.

  • I need to know more about this product and I like it very much
