For my first video I present galaxy collision as evidence of an old universe.
The time scale that young Earth creationism gives is simply no where near enough time for these collisions to take place. Their existance proves either a deceitful God or a history spanning much longer than 6,000 years.
You should also watch this video which explains the cluster I refered to and the process of gravitational lensing:

Just let the creationists have their thing. They need to believe in something after death so they need religion. We can sit here and lecture all day on how it's impossible but we will never change their minds. Perhaps it's what gives them just a little comfort and far be it for anyone to take it away from them.

Concerning the Black Canyon, we note wikipedia
"The river’s flow was much larger than currently, with much higher levels of turbidity"
If all this water flowed at 8000 feet for a million years, it must have had a source (like the rest of the Colorado system) that is not currently in evidence.

@Mdebacle If you've been to the Grand Canyon or just about anywhere on the Colorado Plateau you would KNOW that this did not happen in one event. Unless you refuse to accept what appears before your eyes (which MUST be open). The Black Canyon of the Gunnison cuts through granite, that doesn't happen in a few days.

@iamnicompoop Your name screen name is very deceptive.

@SethS117 Quote: "You know there are a lot of nonreligious nut head books out there than you apparently realize."
To which books are you referring?
I suppose you prefer the bible, which was cobbled together from the myths and legends of superstitious Bronze age peasants, desperately trying and explain their scary world which they didn't understand.
It is not even historically accurate, never mind all the man made myths and fairy stories, like the Flood and the Exodus.

Anyone who thinks earth is around 6000 years, is a delusional fanatic, and is a danger to himself and to others.

@Mdebacle Everything we've ever known about the universe and laws of physics tells us the speed of light and rates of decay stay the same, without astronomically large outside influence, of which you have no evidence of at all.
According to you if the universe is old, the Earth must be old too, unless you think the first day was 13.7 billion years.
Scientific evidence refuted by unscientific explanations (white hole cosmology, embedded age ect.) equals scientific evidence.

[to support an old Earth] requires extrapolations that assume unverifiable points of origin, and constant velocities and rates of decay. Old earth and old universe now depend on either:
(1) relativity, or
(2) variable light speed,
much the same as young earth.
Young earth is supported by genetics (first chromosomes and gene entropy), production and consumption of nectar, catastrophic geological events resulting in fossils and fossil fuels.

@Mdebacle Oh I get it, you believe in white hole cosmology. As in you believe obvious scientific evidence of an old Earth is only wrong because of a massive, unobserved, unscientific supernatural event, never mentioned in the Bible. We don't need anything supernatural to support an old Earth.
So if light travelled at a different speed, so did everything else? How do you suppose that works?

@Impaler1815
[6 days, 13.7 billion years ago?]
No. If there was a 13.7 billion year process, it occurred within six days as observed from earth, meaning earth was running on a different time scale, like 1 earth day = 1 to 10 billion astronomical.years.
Alternatively, Variable Speed of Light could also have affected speed of galaxies. Per wikipedia, "thus distant regions of the expanding universe have had time to interact at the beginning of the universe."
