I'm sure someone can rip the Japanese version dvd and replace the audio with the voices from the original game.
I'm sure the dialogue is almost the same as the original cutscenes and codec sequences.

Yeah, I had that one on my PS3 since it came out.
TBH, now that I am watching MGS 1 and 2 Bande Dessinee, I cant remember most of the story of MGS 4.
Gotta check the story out again.
I am watching MGS 2 BD at the moment, and so far the changes/additions for the story really made the MGS 2 plot a lot better.
This should definitely be considered the definitive story in terms of canon.
