I agree, and it makes me think about all the killing happening on a daily basis - war, famine, etc., the rest of the world doesn't see, care about, or have any motivation to protest, persecute - this shit goes on everywhere, all the time; no one bats an eye - american psychos run corporations and countries - and people don't really care what they do, even when there's glaring evidence. It's just too much fucking work to give a damn.

First his parents got killed, then he uses his family's fortune to become a Wall Street investor, starts killing people for fun, moves to Gotham, changes his name from 'Bateman' to 'Batman' and starts fighting crime instead of slaughtering civilians...?
