Yes I know. When I was 9 I remember going to a church and seeing this. I didn't know what to think of it. It does look painful and horrible really, but that's just because our physical bodies can't tolerate the power of the holy spirit. So our physical bodies react in a way which seems to be negative while our souls are more happy than they've ever been.
