@Aleksandrovich1989 not really, first of all, any boxer will lol at the systema stirking. From what I have seen its grappling looks more like akido than Judo or Sambo. Why would I waste my time and money in an art where the only near decent things about it come from another art, open your eyes and see systema for what it really is. A scam to get westerners money

Ever Spetsnaz soldier I talked to never heard of "systema" , they are all "master in sports" in either Sambo, Judo or Boxing, systema is just a way to take money of wetern people, trust me ya ruski, ya znayu whats going on :)
