OK let's get things straight shall we... there is a quote below from the band who made the music in the 'Stare In The Sun' video. Everything was going so well...
"The video for 'Stare Into the Sun' isn't done by us. It was done by Ian Stevenson, who saw the track and said 'Do you mind if I do something for it?' We had nothing to do with the video except for that. That's basically an Ian Stevenson video. We weren't creative in it. It was just something he decided to do. We've never actually made a video for 'Stare Into the Sun.." - Jamie Scott, Graffiti 6, Online Interview, July 2010
Although some of this is true, some is not. Yes it is right that they didn't have anything to do with the creation of the video. But I did not approach them and ask if I could use their track. I was approached by Polydor to which the band were previously signed and asked to create a short animation to be released under my name and not to include Jamie Scott's face.
Right that feels much better, please enjoy the animation.
