Hi there sweetie... I totally understand you...I have been there...I am here... I wish that your country was better at giving you help. I'm Canadian and while our system isn't perfect, it is better. Yes they are high in sodium, and I've been keeping a very close eye on my BP. It's very good. 100/70.
