I like the creative way of using the echo park! Without wanting to get bombarded by the "I'm an ignoramus and think line6 sucks" douchebags, what's your opinion of the EP's tape mode after trying the skreddy?

The vintage modified sounds nowhere near as good as this. 10x more features, but the tape delay emulation is nowhere near as good.

on my audio I hear a humungous click on each beat of the echo. is that a youtube issue, a pedal issue, or recording issue.

The clicking is not the pedal or youtube. It became present on the audio during the conversion process I think and did not know how to remove it. The pedal is clean with no noise or clicks on the repeats.

This box is no good for stage use, because of the positioning of the black knobs. Your foot will inevitably come down wrong on them at some point. This lack of hands-on awareness may also translate to it not really sounding good with a live band, as what happens with so many of these nifty FX boxes you check out in the store, buy, then leave in the closet after the first rehearsal.

Not that I'm dying to defend this pedal to everybody but I used it live plenty of times and never had any problems with hitting the knobs. And it sits perfectly in the mix. Better than the DMM in my experience.
