nice! i do the fork thingy also. as soon as i seen the fork, i was like yup, me too. i have a 12" pleco, i find that's all he really enjoys.

My pleco isn't quite 12" yet, but yes, he loves cucumbers, zucchines and yellow squash so far. My plec is arund 8 or 9" now, I think.

The fork holds down the squash or cukes or whatever veggies that I put in there once a week. The fish love their veggies.
