It Gets Better: Gay Men's Chorus of Los Angeles "True Colors"

On October 24th, 2010, members of GMCLA, along with their friends and supporters, gathered at Immanuel Presbyterian Church in Los Angeles to sing a song of hope. This is the result of that extraordinary afternoon.

I really hope this group knows how many people you've impacted, including me. A couple of months ago I was afraid, scared, and in the closet with not much hope for the future until I saw this video. It touched me emotionally and I somehow found hope for the future! Recently I came out to my family who actually supports me and loves me for who I am! I've never been so happy and I have you guys to thank, truly beautiful work with a touching message. Basically, Thank you, thank you so much!

this video always gives me goosebumps when i watch it. Its not just for gays/ lesbians, but for anyone in this world who has ever been bullied. i showed this to a gay friend of mine who went though the bullying all throughout school for being "different". it impacted him in such a way that we both started crying. Thank you so much GMCLA !!!!

this vid is great! accepting some1 the way they are is a beautiful thing. I wish ppl could understand that our differences is what should brings us 2gether n unite us rather than tear us apart. understand that WE ARE ALL HUMAN BEINGS. n if some1 can't understand that, then at least give them the respect they deserve. they are not asking u 2 like them, but 2 respect them as human beings. n give them what u would give another human being who u consider "2 be" worthy of ur respect.
