himesh reshamiya should compare this original song of kishore-da with the song sung by him,,,this is really what we call remake and spoiling original creation...rishi kapoor, simi garewal, raj kiran, kishore kumar, laxmikant-pyarelal, old is gold...now---himesh, urmilla matondkar....shame on all the remixes and remakes....

Himesh's voice is a joke in comparison with Kishore. He is a decent amateur sing, but that is all. He should certainly not be doing covers of Kishore thats for sure. But I thought the live performances of this song by Harshit Saxena on Star and Soumen Nandi on Saregamapa were both very good, but I found the latter exceptionally good.

The singing of Kishore Kumar and his voice even if you listen to it now has that challenge in it. There are quite a few songs of KK where you can feel the challenge like hum premi prem kerna janey. Wonderful Rafi, Kishore, Asha, Lata, I also like Shelendra Singh of 70 & 80's
