    Its amazing how it can be heard even on a scanner whip isnt it!

    Nothing special here really. A 4ft diamond X-50 @ about 25ft

    but pretty much blocked from the pass as it doesnt clear the roof

    behind the house and the ISS passes on the other side lol.

    In the last couple of weeks, It seems to be passes after around 8pm here

    that voice is used, as the crew are then on their free time.

    As you say, most of the time its data on 145.825.

  • Nice, I managed to hear a few of these just on my Uniden USC-230 with a Nissei

    RH9000 , first time I've heard voice from the ISS (heard the data a few times last week).

    I was too slow to make a note of which callsigns he was saying tho !
