  • I know this is two years old but I'm just gonna act like this is now. I've been watching one of these videos everyday as if you were uploading them like that haha because I'm doing the SHAYLOSS diet! Time to lose 70lbs with Shay!! WOOOO! :D

  • hi shay [=you are such an insiration. while watching all of your shayloss videos i texted my mom and told her to grab some items from the store. i told her to get watermelon, bananas, fuji apples, big carrots, celery, cucumbers,oranges, fresh spinach, romain lettuce, sunflower seeds, cashews, dried cranberries, banana chips, brocoli, walnuts, grapes, almonds, and asian pears. i am so excited!

  • I favorited this video, and watch it every once in a while just to remind myself about the fight between my brain and my body. This video really spoke to me, and it is a good reminder of how you can gain so much by just gaining control.

  • i'm allergic to cantaloupe.. ='( damnit! ah well.. lots of other fruits :) i'm on day 4 of this diet! i'm staying strong ^^
