Look at this shit. How could this be compared to tekken. the fight looks retarted.

Repeated failures. The Sega CD was a failure, the Sega 32X was a failure. The Saturn was a failure in America, and the hype for the PS2 (combined with the fact that they barely advertised the Dreamcast or it's games) meant the PS2 beat it in sales, and they ended the system early.
Sega decided to quit the hardware business, and go into software development only. I guess they thought they would make more money and lose less by making games for other systems.
