Ball shaped sweet (laddoo) very popular in India. Easy to cook.

  • do u put something in the gram flour or it just brings out water by it self while u fry it?

    Thanks.

  • Nothing other than mentioned in video is added. Its butter/ghee that makes it look like that.

Hope that answers your query, let me know how did it come out.

  • hi neha ... good recipe ... me and my wife just followed your steps .... we could make very very tasty laddoos .. thanks a tonne !!

  • take your rings off when mixing with your hands sweetie... or u will get a lot of dirt from under your rings into your ladoos.

  • Awsome recipe! Thanks alot :D

  • Yummy!!

  • @M4037331 Yes, You can add nuts. Pistachio, almonds and cashews work well.

  • Good job aunty!

  • i want to make this for iftar party tonight but i was wondering if i can add nuts?

  • I found the video a little confusing because the consistency of the mix when frying changed several times, and it is unclear which consistency is correct to make perfect ladoo.

I did make a very 'thin' mixture and thought I had ruined it, but after leaving in the fridge overnight, it has gone solid like toffee! I think I will have to heat slightly in microwave and make the small ladoo while the mixture is warm again.

Thank you for the recipe and I have subscribed to your excellent channel! :-)

  • hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm another nice recipe!

    thanks darl!

  • If one wants to add some ground dryfruits to it, is it possible ? any substitutes for sugar ?
