  • @mbe102 that's why i searched an insurance that suitted me...my only problem is acne so i searched for a insiurance company which covers acne treatments. I'm form the netherlands so not much help.

But go and search. i bet there'll be one in canada too

  • I got this treatment for my face(1 out of 3 treatments) about 4 weeks ago and this really works, only thing is you will get sunburned unless you are in zero light for a couple of days, but besides that this is a great treatment for severe acne as myself

  • @DrSUmar Jeeze, where I live, what I was told was $500 for the two treatments, and I mean... its pretty out of my pocket range, but, man does acne destroy my self esteem... I loathe it. Wish it was covered under health insurance in Canada. Definetly going to be saving up as much as I can.

  • Normally, the oil glands help keep the skin lubricated and help remove old skin cells.

  • there are no side effects and it wont hurt as i was told by my dermatologist... but where i live...in canada...its like 500$ per session. since u have under moderate acne..somewhat like me... my derm told me about 2-3 sessions and between 1000-1500$ im trying to convince my mom to bite the bullet and let me do this :(

    good luck

  • I used to have severe acne but then went on some topicals and an oral pill and now I"d say it's a little under moderate acne. I still get about one cystic pimple in my temple region and I do have scarring. I've considered accutane but don't like the side affects. Does this treatement have any side affects to it? And how much would a treatment like this cost, and is it painful? Please respond back. Thank you.
