In regard to the video description, if the YouTube Gestapo want to delete this video, they will. Videos are detected when the copyright holder requests a "fingerprint" search. You could name this video whatever you like but if a sweep of YouTube is done and a video or song matches a kind of virtual DNA it will be looked at and destroyed. So don't panic.
