That's funny, my neighbors just started blasting bass again as soon as your music played. It's confusing sometimes, especially since I play video games, and often their bass hits will hit right as I interact with an object and scare me to death xD

you did all the work to do a nice circuit and program - but you failed to understand that all you had to do was burn a track on a CD of just low end sounds as most high frequencies would not travel through the wall. 20hz - 80hz cycling would be perfect. Also why not let it go on for 5 minute intervals instead?

Time to save up for a detached SFH (single family home), hmmm.. but thanks to the low interest rates those are approaching 0.5 to 1M USD these days in the good neighborhoods. How about taking a walk instead?

Funny I did the same thing except I used a home alarm system against their wall. A very loud one. That way it's okay for me and not for them. When I was home I would just pop in some earplugs and turn the tv up a little until they stopped.  Eventually they got evicted since their loud music was setting my alarm off. :D
