Add me on facebook http://www.facebook.com/#!/nate.dean?ref=profile video quality is poor. lol. uhm...IM 17 years old. this was a quick vid i did, no editing involved, been pretty occupied due to basketball season. maybe a little extra fat on the abbs due to football season, i tried to stay big and strong, that will be easily gone in like 2 weeks =]. if you dont like the music, sorry.

    My video ''15'' is old, it's over 6 months.

    And i asure you, he NOT:), but he got a much more toned body for sure for the moment since im under a heavy Bulk season, so there's no beach body atm.

  • more upper chest, more upper and lower lats (if your doin each body part once a week do back twice cuz your kinda thin) theres no substitute for pull ups (wide grip=wide lats) front, mid and rear delts could improve, basically your bis, tris and chest are way more developed then everything else, (you have monstrous arms compared to everything else) traps and forearms need major improvement, all in all your basically just a little young, everyone starts out doin arms and chest, you'll fill out
