Openly sit at the entrance/exit of a downtown bar and allegedly light up a smoke, and share it with an alleged bar employee, while bar patrons enter and exit right next to the alleged Smoke-Free Illinois Act violators. Is this how you take care of your patrons, potenially exposing them to possible toxic and harmful second hand smoke in alleged violation of state law? Why does the McLean County Health Department allow these alleged violations to continue, despite numerous complaints and evidence of similar alleged violations taking place at this venue quite regularly?
