@kingneptune405 Animate the body movements within a movieclip and tween the movieclip on the main timeline. That is what movieclips are for animation-wise.

hey, do you know how to disassociate things with the bone tool? for example i move my characters arm and his head distorts -.-

@ForgiveMyAim You put the head on a different layer, that can still create other problems, though.

but is there a way to make a character physically move from one side of the screen to the other while still using the bone tool? (instead of having the objects just move in place)

I doubt that, I think you need to put some sort of animation inside a MovieClip then move it around using a Tween. If you have more questions PM me.
