I use cs5.5 in Windows and it didn't work as it is in the tutorial, when i rendered it, when it comes to the effect it becomes more transparent and you cannot really understand what effect it is. Any suggestions why?

I have Adobe Premiere cs5, and it doesn't start out automatically with a video timeline so I'm pretty lost. Can anyone explain how to get the video timeline that I see in all these instructional videos?

@ktmbua You can dynamically link to an After Effects composition from Adobe Premiere Pro and use any effects from Adobe After Effects.

@tvatemybrain08 You can try CC Force Motion Blur in Adobe After Effects, but again I'm not sure if it works on MAC.
