Like I said, I know noone who has served with Carlos that has a positive opinion of the man.

I do know fellow Soldiers who I respect far greater than Carlos who would disagree with everything he stated. I put the upmost confidence in General Petraeus because men I served with and trust do the same.

I served with Carlos. Lucky for me we never deployed together. Everyone I know who has served with the man came away with a negative opinion of him on a personal and professional level. Carlos was licking his chops with anticipation of seeing "action" before his first deployment, I guess it wasn't quite what he was expecting.
