Make sure you're helping them and the bounce when you go up. Then you want to not depend on your left leg that is going to hit the lib. Try to balance your weight more towards the leg they're holding, so it would be your right. Keep everything tight even when you cradle. And make sure you really squeeze your behind or else your back will get sat on. But great job! Was this your first time?

It's just as much problem with the flyer and the bases. FLYER: Get a bigger bounce to g o up and lock out and stay tight once your up. BASES: GEt under her once shes all the way up and stay strong and dont wiggle around as much. you guys have it you jst need to work on holding it.

dont balance yourself. i have the same problem. its harder for the bases to keep you up. just think of it as if the bases and you are trying to fix it, its not gonna work bc its like 2 forces working against the lib.

Ur pushing ur hips forword and ur main base grip not strong and on right

i have that same exact problem.. try pulling your hip up more and lock out your leg but other than that, it looks good!

the flyer needs to be more aggresive when she steps up and keep her knee locked

Toe her just a little bit, not alot just a little, and dont move under her, so she would feel more steady and hold it, and hold her feet really tight. Flyer, put your foot right to your knee and it will keep you up. Dont balance, pull up! (:

I used to have the same exact problem! she will get better just needs more practice and when you go up when you are settled in a squish, just tap your toe barely! And make sure her back leg stays strait and tighten every muscle. Practice on chairs or bleachers and start high when your about to tap to go up(: goodluck!
