Sims 3 House Design: Modern Home

Read me!

The second instalment to the series of beautiful real-life houses. This particular house is based on a design made by Finnish house company Jämerä Oy. The house was featured in the 2011 Housing Convention. I fell in love with the modern exterior of the original house, and I knew immediately that I would recreate it in the Sims as soon as I got home.

I love how the house came together. You can see the original inspiration, but it still looks like my original work. My favorite rooms are the kitchen, living- and dining room. What are yours?

Again, I didn't bother about making a building process video. Sorry, but I think my houses turn out waay better, when I can do and redo everything in my own pace. So this kind of filming might become a habit!

HOW do you move through the house like that?! >_<

@RoseForTheDoctor Its actually really simple! All you gotta do is press 'Tab' while you're in game and you'll be in free camera mode. Pushing Q and E will move the camera upwards and downwards (like I did with the stairs). Try it out for yourself! :))
